Big Bear Kitchens recently completed a total kitchen & bathroom remodel in North Olmsted, OH for our clients the Hartland family. This family was ready for a “total redo” since their last update was basically a fresh coat of paint.

Demolition:
- Removed old cabinets and soffits
- Removed countertops
- Removed flooring
Framing and Prep work:
- Furr down ceiling to match
- Repaired subfloor where needed
Rough HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing:
- Modified connection for re-installation of a/c unit on exterior wall.
- Ran additional electrical for toaster oven, new outlets, switches, can lights, under-cabinet lights and interior cabinet lights.
- Update shut offs for existing sink and dishwasher locations.
- Insulation and Drywall installation and finishing.
Finish work:
- Installed new cabinets and hardware.
- Installed new countertops and undermount sink.
- Tiled and grouted backsplash.
- Prepped subfloor for luxury vinyl plank flooring.
- Prepped, primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim.
- Installed sink, garbage disposal, and faucet. Installed appliances.
