Our team helped the Price family achieve their goal of creating an open concept kitchen by removing all old cabinetry and islands, then installing a new larger island, new cabinetry, and new countertops. The Price family chose new choice frost cabinets to help brighten the space. New MSI Calacatta Laza Granite Countertops. New Casainc Farmhouse Apron Front Sink. New GE Stainless Steel Gas Cooktop and Range Hood. New Riad White 4×4 Ceramic Tile Backsplash. Our team of designers made sure to pay careful attention to details in the new tile backsplash, granite countertop and light fixtures to give the new open concept kitchen the fresh new look the Price family wanted.

Demolition:
• Removed old cabinets
• Removed wall
• Removed window
Framing and Prep work:
• Installed triple LVL beam between kitchen and dining room
• Framed and trimmed out for new window
Rough HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing:
• Ran vent for new exhaust hood.
• Ran electrical lines for microwave outlet in island, recenter ceiling fan, wire for pendant lights, add backsplash outlets, relocate switches.
• Ran gas line for gas cooktop, update shut offs for existing sink and dishwasher
Insulation and Drywall installation and finishing.
Finish work:
• Installed new cabinets and hardware.
• Installed new countertops and farmhouse sink.
• Filled in oak flooring after wall removal
• Tiled and grouted backsplash.
• Prepped, primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim.
Installed pendant lights, under-cabinet and interior cabinet lights, and ceiling fans
