The kitchen remodeling project included: perimeter and island cabinets (Riceland Cabinets), New countertops, New appliances, New lighting (Gualtiero 1-Light Cylinder Pendant by Birch Lane Heritage in Olde Bronze finish), New trim package, New floor tile (Vellagio Silver 12×2) and a New backsplash (Hampton Polished Arabesque Marble Mosaic Tile).

• Remove perimeter and island cabinets
• Remove soffits
• Prepped floors for tile
Electrical
• Re-wire kitchen electrical to building code standards
• Install island outlets, switches, GFI’s, outlets, and cover-plates
• Install can lights and pendant lights over island and kitchen sink
• Install undercabinet lighting
Drywall
• Patch drywall repairs where needed
• Applied 1st, 2nd and third coat of drywall mud, sand and primed repairs

• Install Schluter waterproof ditra membrane and heat coils for heated flooring
• Tile floor, install transition and grout
• Tile perimeter backsplash and grout
