This custom kitchen expansion in Lakewood, Ohio involved the removal of an existing wall between the original kitchen and a dining room to expand the new kitchen. The larger kitchen allowed for the range and refrigerator to be relocated and a dining island to be added. It also integrated the original hardwood floors and brick chimney in the new design.

Demolition:
• Remove existing cabinets, countertops, sink and appliances
• Remove plaster ceiling and walls from kitchen and dining room
• Remove tile from old kitchen space
• Remove painted baseboard and casing
• Remove framing around chimney

• Cut and replace concrete for new plumbing stack location

Framing and Prep Work:
